But e commerce also has its disadvantages for consumers:
No ability to touch and see a product:
It is easier to compare prices between different e commerce websites. We can have the least price for our selected item. we can buy multiple utility items altogether in one e commerce portal i. e fashion, electronics, sports etc. No need to go for different shops for different items. one of the big cons people feel is the delivery of wrong product, late delivery, unavailable delivery to all cities. Though there is nothing about ecommerce that makes it intrinsically oriented to discounts, the way online business has evolved has led to lowered prices online. This is an advantage for customers who like to shop at low prices.
Everything is available there and its a huge stuff.But it cant be reached to areas and people where there is no internet connectivity.We need to wait for 4-5 days for our product to be received.
So finally techs are making money online.money technically in the whole world is 78% online and 22% is paper that what we use or circulate.Peoples mind has become lazier to the laziest.so the big techs are catching the point and making even more lazier and earning money."But the real happiness is when we go out with our loved ones and spend time shopping with them.so happiness cannot be taken to online(e-commerce)"
